Hello Vector is a doing business name for Technowitty Software India Pvt. Ltd.

Please read this agreement carefully before downloading any images (“Image(s)”) or vector files (“Vector File(s)”) form Hello Vector. By downloading any content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, Hello Vector Privacy Policy and Hello Vector Terms of Services.If you do not agree with any of the terms, please contact us directly at support@hellovector.com to discuss with our legal team before downloading or using any Content from the Site.

1. Copyright in Images

All Images are the property and copyright of Hello Vector. They may not be copied or reproduced in any manner whatsoever unless you have obtained a License from Hello Vector pursuant to this License Agreement. All rights are reserved by Hello Vector.

It is illegal to copy or use any portion of any Image whether (without limitation) by photographic means, scanning, digital copying, saving it to any computer, posting it to any Website, or as reference for another image.It is illegal to incorporate all or part of any Image into another image. Changing an Image does not give you any right to use the changed Image. The original Image, however modified or distorted, is still protected by copyright.

2. Grant of Rights

2.1 Standard Image License

Upon full payment of the license fee, Hello Vector grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sub licensable right to use the Licensed Photo, as identified on the invoice, as follows:

• Worldwide and in perpetuity
• Unlimited commercial use on web, e.g. use on any website, as well as digital advertisements
• Commercial use on small print publications, limited to 5,000 copies
• Presentations
• Excludes commercial use on large print publications (more than 5,000 copies), out-of-home advertising (such as billboards, poster ads, transit ads), TV and video clips and use as part of a product or its packaging

This includes the right to edit (e.g. crop, adapt color), reproduce, distribute, present, make available to the public and perform in public. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

2.2 Extended Image License

• In any manner permitted under a Standard Image License, without any limitation on the number of reproductions, impressions, or budget;
• Incorporated into merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution (collectively "Merchandise"), including, without limitation, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution, provided that such Merchandise incorporates material creative or functional elements apart from the Image(s).
• In wall art for decorative purposes in a commercial space owned by you or your client, and not for sale.
• Incorporated as elements of digital templates for sale or distribution.

2.3 Exclusive Image License

• Purchasing an exclusive license for an image means you are claiming that image for your own from that point on.
• The Exclusive Image License allows the copyrighted owner to authorize others to reproduce, distribute and make available copies of the copyrighted Image.
• When you purchase images under our Exclusive license, we'll remove the images from the website. No one else can buy those same images again.
• You'll be able to prevent other people from purchasing the branding image, and you can protect it with a trademark.
• You can get the most out of your exclusive images by using them everywhere - including different industries, markets, and other places.

3. Multi-Seat and Agency

If the License is acquired by a legal entity such as a company or organization, multi-seat use is included. This means that in a company or organization, multiple persons - namely employees or anyone who agrees to abide by these License Terms - may use the Licensed Photo. If the License is acquired by a natural person instead of a company or organization, the License is limited to a single-seat use, which means that only the Buyer can use the Licensed Photo. It is not permitted to resell, sublicense or transfer the License to a third party. If the License is acquired by an Agency on behalf of, or for, its customer, the Agency is entitled to fully transfer the acquired rights to its customer - who thereby becomes the Licensee - and invoice its customer not more than the License Fee paid.

4. License Fees and Taxes

The License Fee payable for acquiring the License is indicated in the buying process. Valueadded tax will be calculated at checkout based on your country and account type. The Buyer is responsible for payment of any applicable taxes associated with the Licensed Photo. This is a royalty-free license, which means the Buyer pays a one-time License Fee and no further royalties have to be paid, unless the Buyer wants to use the Licensed Photo in a different context or for a different purpose. In this case, the Buyer needs to acquire a new license.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Hello Vector gives no guarantee regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of information (e.g. captions, keywords). Hello Vector shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer or any third party arising from any alleged or actual defect of the Licensed Photo.
